How it works

We check it

Invalid or unspecified diagnoses, procedure codes missing from SBS, duplicate lines, drugs not licensed for the diagnosis, missed filing deadlines.

You fix it first

Each finding names the claim, the line and the remedy — while the claim can still be corrected.

Start with your own history. Export three months of claims, including the ones the payer rejected. The report then measures rather than predicts: of the claims you actually lost, how many would have been caught.
