We reply to every message, usually within one business day.
Never send us an API key. We store keys only as a
cryptographic fingerprint and cannot read yours, so nobody here will ever ask
for one. If you have lost a key, use key recovery
instead — it issues a new one and retires the old.
Please do not paste patient data into this form. It is an
ordinary mailbox, not the Service. To have claims checked, use the
application, where identifiers are hashed on arrival.
